Number Who | 2D Animation

During the year of 2017 it was my little observation while drawing characters that there are many interesting shapes forming while we’re posing in our daily life. Some shapes like… shape of numbers.

By living in a big city there are different kinds of people with different personalities, careers, tastes and lifestyles. I started making numbers design with illustrations of different character’s close-up while observing the variety of the surrounding until a set of forty illustrations from number 0 to 9 is completed. Then I animate each of them and turn the set into 40 loopy animations in grids. I called it Number Who.
